Search is on for a new provost

01_fpThe university has started searching for the most appropriate candidate to fill Provost Ann Ferren's position after her retirement in June. The administration will use the services of the firm "Academic Search".

A key initiative concerning the objective is improving the annual research conference that takes place at the end of every academic year and expanding it to an international level.

3_fpThe Director’s Studio Club put on stage Peter Shaffer’s most praised play, “Equus.” The two days of performance, Dec. 2-3 took place in the Chamber Hall of the “Nikola Vapcarov” theatre in Blagoevgrad. Since this semester theater professor Nedyalko Delchev is on sabbatical leave, the theater season consisting of four plays was funded by the SG.
